Exercising is the best alternative to cosmetics

In a continuation of the same, I got a call from a friend who read the article
and was quick to educate me that staying fit is all what human beings need to
remain baby faced. According to him, if someone wanted to have a better sex
life and smooth skin then exercise is the answer. My health educator, who
happens to be a fitness expert with a French company, informed me that when
someone commits to exercise, they tend to be very fit and the fittest always
responds better to sexual stimulus, which is good for the sex life. He
